Join LCP for unlimited youth sports performance training from July 5th - September 4th.  This program is designed for youth athletes (ages 8-19) interested in a detailed weekly schedule.

Our Summer Membership program provides unlimited access to one (1) hour fitness sessions every day of the week.

Monday, Weds, Fri -  10:30 - 11:30AM

Tuesday, Thursday - 430 - 530PM

Saturday - 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Sunday - By Appointment

Time and availability each week may vary.  To select a time, Members simply use our mobile app or online tool to create their own schedule for each week.  View a sample one (1) hour session here.
