SESSION

Our one (1) hour sessions are jam packed with custom personalized training led by our professional staff.  We maintain a low trainer-to-athlete ratio to ensure that each athlete receives the attention they deserve.

SAMPLE 1HR

5-10 Minute Early Arrival + Check In (Locker Room + Athletes Lounge Access)

Each 1 Hour Sessions Includes:

​

  • 3-5 Minute Dynamic Warm Up

  • 2-3 Minute T-spine + Thoracic Warmup 

  • 2-3 Minute Ann + Add Hip Mobility

  • 5-7 Minute Speed + Agility + Quickness 

  • 12-15 Minute Strength + Power Movements 

  • 12-15 Minute Core + Stabilization 

  • 3-5 Minute Conditioning + Mobility 

  • 10 Minute Heavy Static Stretch

 

 

15-30 Minute Post Workout (Locker Room + Athletes Lounge Access)
